Chloe PiscopoMassoni's passion for physical therapy is deeply personal. As a young athlete, she dealt with a back injury that caused her pain for years and regularly kept her off the field — until she began working with True Sports Physical Therapy. The care she received there changed everything, allowing her to go on to play college lacrosse after years of being limited by her back. In college, a severe concussion ended her lacrosse career, and she again struggled with lingering symptoms for years before returning to True Sports for treatment. Those two experiences — and the life-changing impact that quality physical therapy had on her — inspired Chloe to pay it forward and pursue a career helping others navigate the same kinds of challenges.
Chloe earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, School of Medicine. She holds an APTA Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Certification and a CDC Heads Up Concussion Training Certification, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based concussion care.
In addition to her clinical work, Chloe has spent eight years coaching girls' lacrosse goalies — a role that has kept her deeply connected to the sport and its athletes while also involving significant strength and conditioning training. Her coaching experience gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands facing lacrosse players and informs her approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Chloe has a particular passion for treating lacrosse players, low back pain, and concussion-related conditions — areas shaped by her own journey as both a patient and a clinician. Her firsthand experience on both sides of the rehabilitation process allows her to connect with patients in a meaningful way and deliver care rooted in empathy, understanding, and clinical expertise.
