I am a former collegiate volleyball player and two-sport high school athlete (volleyball and track) who has continued my competitive athletic career as a distance runner, focusing primarily on half and full marathons. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Tufts University School of Medicine and hold a Bachelor of Science in Brain and Cognitive Science with a minor in Biology from MIT.
My clinical background includes treating professional athletes, including major and minor league baseball players, as well as extensive experience in strength and conditioning coaching at the middle and high school level. More recently, I have focused on coaching runners from 5K through marathon distances.
As a certified running coach with USA Track & Field (USATF), United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA), and the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), along with additional certifications as a USATF Marathon Specialist and RunDNA Gait Analyst, I specialize in treating running-related injuries, providing injury-prevention strategies, and performing detailed gait analyses.
My goal is to combine clinical expertise, coaching experience, and personal athletic background to help runners and athletes of all levels perform at their best and return to the sports they love.
