Jaskeerat brings a uniquely well-rounded clinical perspective shaped by an extensive and diverse educational journey. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, laying a broad foundation in health and wellness. She then pursued her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University, deepening her expertise in injury evaluation, prevention, and acute care. Her academic journey culminated at George Washington University, where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) — equipping her with the advanced clinical skills to guide patients through every stage of rehabilitation and recovery.
Before entering physical therapy school, Jaskeerat honed her clinical instincts working as an athletic trainer at a Division II university, where she gained invaluable experience managing the health and performance needs of collegiate athletes across multiple sports. That passion for sideline care and athlete wellness has never left her — she continues to work as an athletic trainer in her downtime, covering a variety of sporting events throughout Maryland and Virginia and staying closely connected to the world of competitive athletics.
Jaskeerat has a special passion for working with Rugby players and CrossFit athletes — two communities defined by their grit, intensity, and relentless commitment to pushing physical boundaries. Her dual background as both an athletic trainer and physical therapist gives her a rare ability to understand these athletes from the field to the clinic, and she takes pride in crafting rehabilitation plans that honor the unique demands of their sports while building the durability and resilience needed to keep them performing at their best.
