Dr. Kevin Lynch

PT, DPT, CSCS

Kevin Lynch's journey to physical therapy began on the field. As a two-time captain of the University of Delaware men's lacrosse team, he was exposed to sports physical therapy early on and quickly connected with the therapists he worked with, seeing them as mentors in the field. The opportunity to combine rehabilitation and sport performance — and to help other athletes overcome obstacles and achieve their goals — is what ultimately drew him to the profession. Having chased high-level goals himself and experienced the challenges that come with competitive athletics, Kevin brings a genuine understanding of what it takes to keep athletes performing at their best.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Certificate in Business from the University of Delaware in 2023 and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in May 2026. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His athletic career includes playing professional lacrosse in the National Lacrosse League with the Philadelphia Wings from 2023 to 2025, and his time at Delaware was highlighted by two conference titles, two NCAA tournament appearances, USILA Scholar All-American honors, and recognition as the 2023 Chuck Hall Strength and Conditioning Award winner and a 2022 NSCA Strength and Conditioning All-American.

Beyond his playing career, Kevin has spent years developing athletes on and off the field. He coached lacrosse at all levels — from elementary through high school — with Zingos Lacrosse Club from 2019 to 2025 and served as a coach at Howard Community College from 2023 to 2025. He has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Trident Athletic Club in Lewes, DE and The Performance Barn in Woodbine, MD, training middle school, high school, and college athletes across multiple sports.

Kevin has a strong interest in lacrosse and football rehabilitation, sports performance, and exercise prescription. His rare combination of professional playing experience, coaching at every level, and strength and conditioning expertise allows him to deliver care that is rooted in a deep understanding of athletic demands — helping patients not just recover, but return to sport stronger and more resilient than before.
