Madison Ranalli's interest in physical therapy began with a fascination with the human body and movement, shaped by her background as a competitive dancer and collegiate field hockey player. Her own experiences with sports injuries gave her firsthand insight into how injuries can affect both physical performance and confidence — and sparked a desire to help others navigate that same process. She values individualized, one-on-one care and strives to help each patient become stronger, more confident, and better prepared to return to the activities they love.
Madison completed Utica University's accelerated 3+3 Doctor of Physical Therapy program, earning both her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. During her time at Utica, she played five seasons of collegiate field hockey and served as a two-time team captain. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Madison completed her final clinical rotation — a four-month experience at True Sports Physical Therapy in Hummelstown — where she gained extensive hands-on experience treating patients in a sports and orthopedic setting and benefited from the knowledge and mentorship of the clinic's experienced clinicians. That experience strengthened her passion for sports rehabilitation and prepared her to begin her career at True Sports.
Madison particularly enjoys working with patients following ACL reconstruction, drawn to the opportunity to guide them through every stage of a comprehensive, multifaceted rehabilitation process. She also has a personal connection to concussion and whiplash rehabilitation after experiencing a sports-related injury of her own — an experience that gave her a deeper understanding of what it feels like to be on the patient side of recovery and motivates her to support others navigating similar challenges. Madison is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and has attended previous Combined Sections Meetings, where she has expanded her knowledge through emerging research, continuing education, and collaboration with fellow clinicians.
