I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, building on a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. My journey began with strength and conditioning for high school lacrosse and has grown through nine years of CrossFit training and five years of coaching.
My clinical experience includes working in a sports-focused setting at The Training Room, where I treated athletes recovering from ACL reconstructions and labral repairs across sports such as lacrosse, football, weightlifting, and CrossFit. I am currently in the peer review process for a case report on developing a full-body treatment framework for an athlete post Bankart and posterior labral repair. Additionally, I contributed to a platform presentation at CSM on externally paced loading for lateral elbow tendinopathy.
I am passionate about combining my coaching background, clinical expertise, and research to help athletes and active individuals return stronger and perform at their best.
