STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING / PERSONAL TRAINING

Whatever your fitness goal is, we can help you achieve it. Our personal trainers are experienced and educated experts who will work one-on-one with you to create a custom strategy for your needs. Our fitness coaches offer both team and individual training. Strength training exercises are used to target muscles and build a core fitness foundation while correcting movement imbalances to improve workout quality. TRUE PERFORMANCE

Middle school through collegiate performance

  • Capped at 12 athletes per session
  • 60 minutes of strength, power, speed, agility and conditioning training
    1 FREE 45 minute injury prevention/evaluation treatment with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month
  • 1 FREE 45 minute injury prevention/evaluation treatment with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month

ADULT FITNESS

  • Capped at 12 adults per session
  • 60 minutes of strength, conditioning and mobility/movement training
  • 1 FREE 45 minute injury prevention/evaluation treatment with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • 60 minutes, 1 on 1 session with a certified Strength and Conditioning coach
  • Catered to your needs/goals
  • 1 FREE 45-minute injury prevention/evaluation with our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy each month

TEAM TRAINING

  • 90 minutes of training catered for your teams’ specific needs
