Sarah Musselman's dedication to sports physical therapy is deeply rooted in her own experiences in sports, fitness, and particularly her time as a collegiate athlete. These personal experiences have not only shaped her understanding of the physical demands and challenges athletes face but also fueled her passion for helping them through their rehabilitation journeys.

Sarah's academic pathway was completed at Lebanon Valley College, where she first obtained her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2021. She continued her education at the same institution, earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. This strong academic background provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of physical therapy.

Her career with True Sports began during her graduate studies, where she completed her final clinical rotation. This experience was instrumental in developing her clinical skills as a sports physical therapist, providing her with hands-on experience in a real-world setting and helping to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application.

Sarah's professional experience includes working in various outpatient sports physical therapy clinics. This exposure has allowed her to work with a diverse range of patients and conditions, further honing her skills and expertise in sports rehabilitation.

A particular area of interest for Sarah is working with young female athletes, as well as overhead athletes and throwers. Her focus on these groups demonstrates her commitment to addressing the unique rehabilitation needs of these populations. Her background as an athlete herself enables her to relate closely to her clients, understanding their specific challenges and goals, which aids in creating effective, personalized treatment plans.
